Deka was founded in Florence in 1981 and began its business with the development of electronic subsystems for the application of laser technologies. In 1983, the first CO2 lasers were launched on the market, followed by the Nd:YAG, Pulsed DYE, excimer lasers, and Er:YAG.
During its over twenty years of intense production and research since then, the company has created a wide range of high-tech medical laser devices and achieved a leading position on the world scene. DEKA currently covers all fields of medical laser applications with latest generation products.
